Massage Therapy
Stressed or sore? This is for you. I offer Relaxation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Post-Natal Massage. Working in a holistic way, I use the most useful techniques to treat you on the day rather than giving a cookie cutter treatment.
What’s the difference?
Deep Tissue Massage aims to work the deeper layers of tension you’re holding, and can help you treat ongoing pain. Contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t have to hurt, and that’s not really my style. However, I might ask you to tell me your level of discomfort and to breathe through any sensations you find more challenging.
Swedish Massage might include techniques such as beating/pounding to stimulate blood flow. Relaxation Massage is deeply soothing and nurturing, it’s possible (and accepted!) that you will nod off during treatment. Pregnancy and Post-Natal Massages are adapted to the needs of those growing or nurturing a tiny person.
All of my massage treatments include a consultation, so we have the opportunity to identify what you’re most in need of.
I offer massage at Holistic Health (Hackney) and Shiva Shakti (Hornsey).
Cost:
- £70 – 60 minute massage
- £100 – 90 minute massage
- £195 – 3 x 60 minute treatments
My massage treatments at Shiva Shakti are on a sliding community scale, from £30 up to £70 for 1 hour. To book, contact me directly.

Colonic Hydrotherapy
Colonic Hydrotherapy is a gentle and safe treatment that can be particularly helpful for those with a sluggish or uncomfortable digestive symptoms.
How does it work?
The treatment involves slowly introducing filtered water into the large intestine (bowel) through a small tube, and then allowing the water – along with any loose debris – to exit through a larger tube.
This is conducted using a closed system, so there is no odour or direct contact with waste. Throughout the process you will be supported and well taken care of – so the overall experience should be comfortable and relaxing. All equipment used during a treatment is single-use and disposable, prioritising hygiene and safety.
The benefits of colonic hydrotherapy include improved bowel transit time, which is perfect if you struggle with constipation or an irregular digestive schedule. Many people report increased energy and wellbeing, as a result of reduced unpleasant digestive symptoms.
I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) for Colonic Hydrotherapy which means I am held to a high standard of practice and professional ethics.
I offer this treatment at Holistic Health (Hackney) and you can book online.
